It's Just the beginning

Today is 12/24 Christmas EVE!!!! wow this year went by fast. On Dec 9th I started my journey to get gastric bypass surgery. I had my first appointment with my surgeon Dr. Afram. He seemed great, he sure knows his stuff. I am SO glad I found his website; that's what led me to his office. His staff is great. I went to my first cardiology appointment 12/17 but I have to go back on Jan 28th to do the treadmill test. YIKES lol. I have 2 other surgery related dr's apt.'s in Jan. Right now I am on month 1 of my 3 month medically supervised diet. So come the end of Feb, I should be done with all of my pre-op testing and other appointments and My surgeons office can FINALLY send my information to my insurance for approval. I cross my fingers I will get approved, I want nothing more than to have this surgery. Happy Holidays!
