#3 Months Post Op Update

I need to tell the world how amazing I'm feeling right now. I could shout it from the roof tops! Just before my 3 month mark I had already lost 54 lbs and my clothes were literally falling off my body! I have not had any significant back/body pain since my surgery which is remarkable in itself! I feel so good it's hard to believe- I walk everyday (the only exercise I'm doing right now) about 30mins to an hr. I have yet to re-take my measurements, but I've gone down 2 sizes in bottoms already-Undies/sweats etc I'm in a Large (almost too big!) from a XXL/ and tops are size Lg from XL-XXL also. Jeans went from a tight 18 to fitting into size 14s that have sat in my closet unworn for years and still had tags on them-lol! I haven't made my actual 3mo post op appt. with the surgical staff yet so I don't know where my labs are at yet but I will be going in very soon and HOPEFULLY they will be just fine! I have much more energy today than I have had in years!!! Even with all the headaches and the hoops that I had to jump through, the small amount of discomfort and difficulties post op, I am so HAPPY with the decision I've made and my VSG! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and it's only getting better!! Happy weightloss & continued success to you all!
