I just want to start feeling good about my body again. That's all.
I had the vertical banded gastroplasty (stomach stapling) back in 1987. I was 19 years old.
I was 312 pounds when I had this surgery and weighed 187 as the lowest weight. It took me about 2 years to lose this amount of weight and right around the 2 1/2 - 3 year mark I started gaining.
Fast forward ~ 21 years ~ 2008 and I weigh 350.7 pounds. Wow, just wow!
