Thanksgiving

So I had to post a Thanksgiving pic.  I did great at Thanksgiving I ate what I liked but kept the portions small and had a great time.  The key for me is to try and eat what I like but not pig out to the point of hurting myself.  We had this surgery for a reason and we shouldnt want to go back to our old ways.
