Finally feeling like a new me!!!

So it has been a couple of months since I have been on here.  I am down 160 pounds as of today and still going.  Thank God for all his mercy in helping me achieve what I have so far.

I am finding it easier to get all my protein in and water and all that because I am incorporating it into a new lifestyle as opposed to just doing it for the time being.  That is what I have learned through this journey so far.  That what we are eating and drinking is not a diet but what we will have to maintain for the rest of our lives.

I would like to give a small piece of advice and that is don't try and allow sugar or other fatty foods into your diet just to test the waters.  Sure we may be able to tolerate a little here and there but we have to remember that these foods are what got us into this situation and its better to just not even play around with that.  That is just my advice but we have to make our own decisions.  Thanks everyone for the encouraging words and friendship you have all given to me.  God bless!!!
