4 Month Update

It has been 4 months, and I have lost 64 lbs. from 323 to 259 right now. I can't believe I went from a size 26/28 pants to a size 20! The shirts I am wearing now are also 18/20!  I am seeing that my weight is slowing down, and that upsets me alittle.  But I think it's because I am eating too many carbs.  My glucose levels drop sometimes and I have to eat carbs to bring them up.  I notice that when I eat fruit to bring the levels up it drops even more. I am careful not to eat simple sugars. I am drinking 2 protein shakes a day, the rest I get from food. I get in almost 90-100g of protein/day.  I did get my labs back and it seems I am low in Iron, Zinc and vitamin A.  This is what I am takeing in regards to vits.  I will see Dr. A in Sept.  Thank you all for your help.  I do like my DS!

AM:

B-complex 50
Dry Vit. A- 25,000iu
Calcium w/citrate-600mg

2hrs. later-Iron Sulfate 325mg.

Midday:
Calcium w/citrate-600mg
Dry Vit. D-5,000iu

2hrs. later-Iron Sulfate 325mg

Dinner:
Multivitamin
Zinc Sulfate-100mg

2hrs. later-Iron Sulfate 325mg
