What a journey it has been! I am so excited I have lost a total of 80 lbs! This is so cool! I used to be size 26/28 now I am wearing 18/20 pants and 14/16 blouses. Can't wait to be on the regular sizes. I can eat pretty much everything. I can sleep better now. I still use my c-pap machine. I am still not excersising, which I should be. I have to find some time. I will be going to my 10 yr. H.S reunion in a couple weeks, and....I will be wearing a dress! Yes, a dress! I haven't wore a dress in almost 10yrs. I am takeing all my vits. I am drinking 2- 50g protein shakes a day. It's been all good. I have been getting a lot of compliments from the customers here at work. I work at a bank. It feels so good. They tell me I look younger! I can't believe it!
