Michele, I love you and I am so happy you are out of surgery and doing so well! Thank you St. Anne and St. Joachim! Michele is doing very well. She and I arrived at Chapman at 1:10 for surgery planned at 3:30. Chris (her husband) was able to arrive prior to her surgery to see her and love her before she went into surgery. Chris and I went to the waiting room at a little before 600pm when she went into the operating room. We had time to watch my Vin Diesel in the Pacifier as Chele had her surgery. Dr. Owens came out about 7:45 to give us the thumbsup and say she did well. Chris went in to recovery (thanks to Dr B) saw her and then they wheeled her out and I joined as we all went up to her room. She got strapped in (leg squeezers, bp, oxygen, etc...) and then we were talking. We set up the DVD player for her as she dozed in and out. Once she woke up a little she kept saying "I feel so good".
