Tomorrow starts the beginnig of the rest of your life . Know that while each day will be different , some harder than others , the fight is so worth it . The gift you are about to be given is to be cherrished and to be nurtured. So many come into this thinking the surgery alone will be enough. I am here to tell you after being 7 years post op .. PROTEIN - WATER - EXERCISE is the key to weight loss . I wish you nothing but the very best . A year from now you will come back here and read all the good wishes and be healthier than you ever had , wearing differnt size clothes . and hopefully feeling on top fo the world .
