"Dr Lautz is a very Professional Surgeon, with the capacity to relate to his Patients, and really make them feel valued. rnDr Lautz was very sensitive to my concern for my 2 small children at home. When I asked him to be extra careful....He looked me straight in the eye's and said \" I hear you LOUD and CLEAR\" He totally won my ut-most trust and respect.rnDr. Lautz is also very humble, he was first to admit, a mistake made early in the process was the office's fault...again gaining more trust!!!rnThe office staff is AWESOME!!!
