2021.11.02 - CW 181 (-55#)

Hello my OH fam. Happy November.

October was rough. I had to put one of my fur babies down and her sister is not taking it well. We both grieve, but are tying to make the best of it. And today, my mom's BFF passed. She was 99 y/o.. she lived a great life so I am grateful to have known her, but I know she is now at rest and in the company of her husband, brother, sister and parents. 

I am happy to see the scale continue to go down. I am taking Peanut on daily walks now (about 1 mile) in addition to my walking/cycling in the park. I haven't made any appointments with my physical trainer because.. well, I am just not feeling it right now.
