Here we go!! The day of my surgery according to their scale I weighed 244. I had surgery on Monday August 3, and it is Sat. the 8Th. I weigh 236.  That is 8 lbs. Just by drinking my carnation instant breakfast. I want to weigh 199 so bad and it wont be long from now!!!!
