WOW, I must say that I'm feeling good. This month has been a great one for me. I've been to ATL, NYC, and Columbus, Ohio this month....Can we say travel...LOLOL

It felt so good to get on an air plane and can fit into a seat and put on the safety belt without any problems. It felt good walking around NYC for 4 days without any problems and also shopping in the stores I so dreamed about. I just had a pretty good month and now it's time for me to kick it in the gym just as hard. I've kind of been slacking this month, but after seeing one of my friends body, who is  a personal trainer,  I was like o hell naw...I got to get moving...lolol

I want to be in good health before my tummy tuck and some other lil things I'm having done this winter....
And school is coming along just great !!!

OMG...it's been 9 months for me today, March 2, 2009 !!! Wow time has flew by for a brother and I'm approaching a year pretty quick. I'm 228 pounds as of today, and all I can say is wow....!  I'm feeling pretty good about myself, and so many new things has happen and I could go on and on about the wonderful changes in my life, but really don't have the time to...LOLOL

I'm loving it...Trying to put me down, it's not going to work @ all. I'm still going to post pics, I'm still going to voice my opinion, people are still going to like me, and I'm still going to be ME !!! 

So you can make all the post you like about me...It just makes me stronger, and I'm glad yall doing yo research....Love you all....and by the way....I'm down 3 more pounds....So I'm in the 220"s, watch out now....!!!

WOW, is all I can say about this board sh*t....I've made OBH History with my post, over 3300 people have looked @ my post. I see that they love drama around here, and love to hate as well....BUT GUESS what....I'm not going no where B*itches  ...LOLOL

I'm here to stay, I'm here to show of my successful weight lost as well, YES I said SUCCESSFUL, thats the keyword. I've done what some couldnt do in a year, and I'm so proud of myself and well keep on doing what I have to do. I pray for all the haters out there who try to put me and others done, but you CAN'T @ all stop US !!!

And YES, I will keep on posting pictures as well, WHY would'nt I....Look @ ME....!  And yes I'm down 5 more pounds, so that puts me @ 231 pounds...SO in jus 8 months I've lost 107 pounds.....So God Bless, and may your journey be as successful as mines !!! 

OMG, I'm like really freaking out....I'm down to 234, just 14 pounds to my 1st goal of 220.....This tool is amazing and I could'nt be more happier. So far I've influenced 4 friends of mines to look into this surgery....1 has had the surgery, 1 had surgery this month, 1 is having surgery next month, and the last one is having surgery in May.......I'm so porud of them and me for wanting a better and healthier life......and I'm so loving this school thing now....It's like I have a life again....and yea I've cooled down on going to the mall so much.....until my income tax comes in next month....LOLOL

I'm 7 months out and down 102 pounds.....I'm 235 pounds !! Can we say WOW...LOL
And guess what....I'm going back to school. My major is Human Services....! I would've never did this @ 338 pounds, I would be to worried about what someone would be thinking about my size.....But being this small......watch out now...LOLOL

Well I did my 1st weigh in for 2009 and guess tha h*ll what.....I'm down 6 pounds, so tha stale is over.....I'm 7 months and down 102 pounds.....Tha holidays are over and I didn't gain any pounds at all and that's a wonderful thing....I'm so looking foward to getting to 220 soon.....

Omg....well I founded out that I can handle the SUGAR without dumpping...I was kind of SAD about this....I'm still @ 242 and I'm 6 months out....I so wanted to reach my goal of 220 soon. So I know my A** better stay away from all the cookies, cakes, and candys....I've did very well over Thanksgiving without gaining a pound and I'm going to do the same with Christmas....and o yea....I've been drinking wine like crazy....and once again NOTHING happens.....Well I'm going to be bac on tha ball 1/5/09....!!! Wish me luck !!!

Well I think I'm just stuck for now...I'm still @ 242. I so want to break into tha 230's but that sh*t no happen @ all....I was telling a friend of mines, I some what feel so FAT out of cloths...When I look into the mirror when I have on my cloths...I look wonderful, but when I'm in just my boxers & tank...I feel so F*cking FAT....!!!  I'm going to hit tha gym super duper hard...!!!

OMG....I did my weekly weigh in and I'm still @ 242....I'm looking craazy. I'm like why the h*ll is my scale not moving @ all....!  I'm going to try and not worry about it @ all....The good is...NO GAIN....LOLOLO...So I'm still winning !!
