Been Away for a While

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas.  It has been a while since I posted anything at all on the site.  Everything is going well, not at goal weight yet, but I am only 21 pounds away from my surgeon's goal weight at not quite eight months out.  Having knee issues again, but this time with the right knee.  Guess that's what I get for playing football with my son and nephew yesterday without my brace.  Will post again soon.
