My weight has gone gradually up, up, up. My highest was 208. I am losing now, and down to 198. I have to keep the calories under 1200 a day in order to lose. And walking always helps. It is possible to lose weight if you just decide to do it. I am almost 8 years out and the tool still works!.

Well, I didn't stop until I reached 192. Now I am on a modified Timeout and have lost 6 pounds of the regain. 16 to go before I get back to my initial lowest weight. It is just day to day now. If I fail one day I start fresh the next.

Back up to 190. Down to 188 now and watching my carbs.
