"The nursing staff could have been better. The first day and night my nurse was great but it went down from there. My last nurse, Margaret, was just plain mean.
The facilities were excellent. I was given a private room without even asking for it. The surgery staff was amazingly friendly and calming. Overall, it was a good experience with just the day/night floor nurses being not great. I think part of that was that they were overworked and stretched thin. I never had the same nurse twice and I think it would be better if that were more the norm."
