Getting back to working on me

As I sit here at work and think about all the things I have been through in the last few months I notice a pattern. I have been working my a$$ off up until the last week. Which is when my life took a turn for the worse. I started having problems with my s/o and we broke up. At first all I could do was think that this is going to knock me off the wagon, and guess what.... it did. However as I sit here I am thinking why in the heck should I let him turn me back into the girl that I hate. I have worked very hard to lose over 100 lbs, and there is no way I am going to go back to the person I was before. So I am back on my high horse, and back to making my tool work for me. So wish me luck, I know with the help of my friends on OH....and the friends that I will make on SP I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!
