Surgery Date Scheduled!!!!

How impressive. I have followed all the steps as instructed from the beginning of my journey, and it has paid off. The insurance/billing focal at PSSC (Amber), notified me by email when she submitted my request to insurance, then again when it was approved. It was 2 weeks, to the day. My previous experiences with insurance have usually required 4-6 weeks for a response. So I have a pre op appointment for Feb. 23 and surgery date of March 8th. The feelings of excitement and fear have me on a roller coaster ride every day. I keep telling myself that I have almost 15 months of a "smoke free" lifestyle under my belt, so I have tried to prepare myself by limiting some of the risks of the surgery. I hope that the excitement overwhelms the fear soon.
