bernadette- thank you for the kind words--i have surgery on tuesday and i have been on the rollercoaster of emotions the past few days. i am very excited!! = ) this evening i am trying to relax and reading all the encourgement is giving me a sense of being calm!! i will keep ya posted on the days to follow. again thank you, hugz, gale

Hi Bernadette! You are doing so well according to your profile that I just had to issue some CONGRATULATIONS to you! I am having my surgery on the 26th of Sept. I feel exactly how you felt; a total mix of emotions... But I am so happy when I hear of the success stories that people like you have. It meakes me feel I can do it too! Hey Bernie Congrads on a sucesseful surgery. MInd went uneventful too. Iam home and it is 8days out and I have lost 18lbs already wow. How are you doing? Iam so glad this is all over and now I feel as though I have started a new life and everything looks so bright. Please let me know how you are doing . I should have a piture on in a week or so . OK....I sent this post to the message board but it never posted...so I will try again! ITS GREAT TO BE BACK HOME AND ONLINE CONNECTED TO THE WORLD!!!!!HERE I AM POSTING FOR MY FIRST TIME AS I POSTIE!!!!!! I am home! I am still sore and tired but just had to get online and post to my wonderful AMOS family! I am now on the other side!!!!! GOd bless everyone who went in for surgery last week and those going in this upcoming week! I had a great experience and the hospital staff at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia treated me like a princess! The surgery went complication free!!!! Only thing was that the gallbladder was not removed due to the length of time the surgery took and the stress my body was under! ANYWAYSSS...I am home now!!!! :-) I must catch up on all the posts and emails but for now I must go rest! Much love to all!!! THanks for your prayers and well wishes!!!!
