Ok well here we are 1 year later things have been up and down the last few months i have bounced between 178-183 for the past few months i have no idea what is going on maybe the stress of moving back to the states from germany has some to do with it but now that we are settled into the new home i will go back to my gym routine and better eating not so much hotel stuff and of course the holidays are over so that is good too. anyway i hope to restart the loss soon i am thrilled to have lost 100lbs in the last year though never doubt that

Well this is short but I can give a basic update. I am now at 183 so that is 102 lost since surgery. Everything is going well the weight loss has really slowed down but i was told this would happen so I try not to let it get to me that much. I AM still loosing just not as much and that is what counts.

Another month down a lifetime to go.
it was a slow loosing month weight wise I am down to 186 so that it 99 lbs i just need 1 more to hit  that 100lb mark :) I can not wait it is just being stubborn but i am loosing inches so that is all good to me.  I am able to eat more sometimes i think too much but as long as i watch myself i am ok. I will write more later

Ok here we are another month gone I can not believe how fast things tend to go. I am now down 95 lbs only 5 more till that 100 lb loss that just amazes me I am thrilled everyday. I put on a pair of jeans that were a size 12 and about flipped out I can not believe i waited so long to do this but that is ok I did do it and am thankful every day!

OK here we are I am now 6 months out and down 87 lbs. I feel really good this is the first time in forever it seems that there is a 1 as the first digit on the scale. I even did progress pics in a swimsuit and that i tell ya would have NEVER happened before. I am so glad i decided to take this journey and will be thankful always even if i never lost another pound

Well here we are another month gone by wow it seems like it goes so fast. It has been a very busy month it seems  to start the good news I am down to 205 wich is a loss of 80 lbs!  woohoo i am so happy to be able to go into the store and just buy a shirt or pants without worrying nothing will fit and will all be too small.  I am so thanksful i had this done.  i am loosing more slowly only a lb or 2 a week but that is ok a loss is a loss.  On another issue we have been busy our 2 1/2 yr old has just been diagnosed with a moderate autism so we re now trying to learn all about that and boy is there alot to learn.  anyway I will write more later.

Hello again wow it has been another month already.  Well the weight loss for the month wqas not so great I am now doen to 213 wich is great but i spent almost the whole last month on a stall.  I will not really complain though because i know i lost inches i am not in a 16 and that thrills i am not very far from a 14 but they are a bit snug.  I am so greatful that I had this surgery done and even if i stopped losing weight today it would all have been worth it.

Ok here is my 3 month update. i am feeling well  i am down 63 lbs!  I put on a pair of jeans today that i thought were 18;s and was thrilled about that since i have not been an 18 in about 14 yrs but i looked at the tag and holy cow they are a 16!!   i am thrilled an so very happy i did this.  I will update more later

Ok i am a few days late but no biggie.  it has been hectic i had one of my major back spasms monday and am still a bit tender but feeling better and my Dh goes in tomorrow to have his knee scoped  so we have been busy getting everything ready.  I feel great since surgery  i am down to a 1x shirt and a size 20 jeans so far since surgery i am down 50 lbs! woohoo I have also lost 10" in my chest and 7" in my waist!  I am thrilled and dont regret any of this journey.  i will update more later
