hello all i am doing great i guess better then ever. from the last time i was here i am down to 237 and it feel good. i am eating the same and sometime i cheating. I am still losing my hair .I don't want to cut it but if it continue i will. It is really thin..but i go to the game alot but my good friend had her surgery with my doc  so when she get back i am going to get on the diet again with her...I am so happy for her
