"I like Dr. Pleatman. He is very honest and blunt. He will tell it to you like it is. Although his bedside manner is somewhat offputting to some, I didn't mind in the least. I wanted a skilled surgeon. Also, he does care about his patients and any time I have called the office with a question for the doc, my call was promptly returned by Dr. Pleatman. "I was nervous about this hospital based on past reviews and the fact that it is located in a really crappy part of town. To my surprise, it was wonderful. The staff was great, the room was huge and private, the floor I was on was quiet and peaceful. Not one problem.
