Are we done yet ???? NOW we are !!!!

hello all, ...I called the WLS Dr.'s office yesterday, to make sure my Dr. faxed the notes from the past 6 months to my WLS Dr. and he did (yeah !!!), but then she says, "We're only missing your blood work now" ... my chin hit the floor. I had thought I done all the testing, but they had one more up their sleeve. (ha ha) I sped over to the office and picked up the order for blood/ labs, then went straight to the hospital to have it drawn. Luckily I hadn't eaten anything yet. NOW- I think (hope, pray, beg) that I am finished with all my testing, and now it will go to insurance- for their scrutiny and fine-tooth-combing... I am so worried. What if I did all this and the insurance says "NO". I would get a lawyer so fast !!! Crazy insurance companies...
I was hoping to schedule the surgery on/ close to the last week of April, and I was going to take the full 8 weeks off. I read most people take 2-3 weeks off, but I work the night shift, and my job requires repetitive lifting of heavy trays of instruments (pulling all the cases for the next day), constant walking and pulling/ pushing large equiptment to each room, getting the rooms set up for the next day... and of course scrubbing anything that comes through the E.R. needing surgery. I don't want to take any chances. I know how tired and worn out I am any other day, I can imagine how I will feel after this. Hopefully I will hear something by the end of this month... I'll keep you posted.
