3 Months Post OP

Well I have hit 3 months post op today and I am feeling great!  I have lost a total of 71 pounds from a year ago and am down 37 pounds since surgery.  I am planning my meals, following the plan, exercising and journaling everything I eat.  I wish the weight would come off a little faster but I am happy with my progress.  I am 1.1 pounds from onederderland and hope to reach it by this weekend.  I had a stall that lasted 3 weeks this month but finally the scale moved this morning. I have posted pictures on my profile for those who would like to see my progress. 

If anyone is on the fence about having surgery - do it!  It is the best thing you can do for yourself!
