Four Month Post Op

I cannot believe its already 4 months since my surgery. Month 4 was a great month for me!  I lost 12 pounds and my BMI is now 32.5. I am exercising regularly at the Y and love it! I am averaging 650 calories and hitting my protein, carb and fat goals. I am truly happy and feel so much better about myself.
