"I sampled the vanilla. And it is best served ice cold. The consistancy was good and the flavor was palatable. I ate it happily because it was a great source of protein and it was quick and easy to eat. Sometimes I am so busy, even making a shake is too time consuming. So I would buy this product if it were more economical."
