Hey guys...sorry about that I meant to put 352, not 252. I have gone from 352 pounds and a BMI of 51.9, to 241 pounds and a BI of 35.5 all in 6 months thanks to Dr Classen and the surgery. Me too, lets dont forget ourselves. It has not been as bad as I thought changing lifestyles. I just want to make sure I dont end up back where I started. This is a new lease on life for me. I have so much more energy. I can play with my children, and even wrestle with my husband like he loves to do. He is a BIG WWE fan, so you know how that is. But seriously, this was the best thing I could have done for my self, and I wish I could have done it sooner....Thank you all for your support, and please keep in touch...will try to update pictures soon.

Hey everyone, 
I am so sorry that I havent written in a while. I am now almost 3 months out, as of dec 4 that is. I am now down about 76 pounds....wow, its hard to believe it... I hope you are all doing well, and I hope to get some pictures uploaded soon. I am still trying to get the hang of this stuff..I guess I need to get my son to help me. You know how those teenagers are about PC's...

Its now 10 days post op, and I am down 30 lbs! Wow, this is amazing...I can not believe this....The soreness is almost gone. I still have some in the upper left side. I think this is were the pouch was made. But getting along great. Can't wait to see the Dr next week. I go on Tuesday. I hope all is well with all of you. Please keep in touch....

Hey guys, well I am 5 days out, and I'm doing good. Really sore, but doing good...Got curious, so I weighed this morning, and I have lost 16 pounds!!!!!!! Oh, MY GOD!!! I could not believe my eyes. I had to check the scales twice....trying to walk and get the soreneww out of the way, and get running around like crazy....take care all and I will keep in touch..

Yeah!!!!! It is all over....I just got home today. Doing good. Just really sore. I had my surgery Tuesday around 12:00noon. It only took about two hours....I came home today, and now the real journey starts.....

I saw Dr Classen today...We have set my surgery date for 9/4/07....yeah!!!
My waiting is over. Now, on 9/4/07 my true joruney will begin..../

I got the call from Dr Classens office on Friday 8/17 at 2:45pm to inform me that they received my approval from BCBS....YEAH!!!!! I have an appointment today at 2:45pm to set my surgery date....I will keep im touch...

Well, they faxed my informaton to BCBS of NC on Tuesday 8/7/07, so now we are waiting on approval. Hopefully, it will be a quick response. My co-worker heard in just a couple of days. So lets keep our fingers crossed. Will let you know when I have a surgery date.

Well, all the test, evals, and classes are over...We are getting everything to gether to send to the insurance company. So I guess the waiting game has begun. Hopefully it will be a quick one, because I am ready NOW!!!!
