I am no expert but I don't see how a breast exam would have naything to do with a consult on weight loss surgery. I am guessing here but that seems a little weird.

I really enjoy your Posts so it's really great to see how you've been doing weightwise. You look wonderful,an armless blakc dress that shows off your new body. But it's the person in the dress I admire for your realistic but positive attitude.YOU are beautiful inside & out.

Lisa, I don't ever post, I just read the boards for support. Everyone of us has a problem with food or we would not be a part of this organization. Please don't be so hard on yourself, go to the luncheon and enjoy yourself. Even if you eat a little too much, it's nothing like used to happen before surgery. Food will always be a part of our everyday life, don't be afraid of it anymore, you have the tool to enpower you to win the battle. You will do just fine, I'll be thinking of you around lunchtime!

Liza- first of all on the Day of Love- love yourself the most! I would suggest wearing the outfit to work that fits great and makes you feel real sexy. Then get out the face paint and do up that beautiful face. Go to that lunch and bat your eyes, find someone great to talk to and have a great time. Make food a little part of the day and it will not have as much importance to you. Muah Muah Amanda
