Day 11

Woke up at 6:45
Took Daily Vit with lemon water
Drank 70 + oz water/lemon water through out the day

Breakfast: 1/2 cup chicken stew, 1/2 weat roll (this is what I wanted, got in my protien and vegies)

Lunch: 1 banana (small/med) and less then 4 oz light yogurt

Dinner: Salad (lettus, strawberries, carrots, cucumbers, cheese, dressing), Slice of Thin Crust Pizza (plus cheese and crust of another).

Snack: 1 oz extra sharp cheder cheese, 1 oz peanut butter

Snack: 6 oz 1% milk, banana, peanutbutter, 1/2 nsa breakfast powder mix, ice (4oz... save 4 oz for AM)

Walked/Ran 30 min/ Played outside with the boys 60 min
