FEBRUARY GOALS

Feb 01, 2009

MAJOR GOAL- Get to my goal weight, 150 lbs, by January 17, 2010.
     Half-Way Goal- Be at 200 lbs by July 4, 2009.
FEB GOAL 1- Get in 10000 steps a day. (totoal of 280000 steps for the month of Feb.)
FEBGOAL 2- Get in at least 60 min a day of exercise.

How I am going to do this is....

Go to gym 3 days (Monday evening, Wednesday day, Friday day).
During Class Breaks Walk a lap around building,upstairs and down. ( Mon, Tue, Thur)      
Walk 45 min between classes (Mon/Tue)
Park as far away from doors (of school and stores)
Walk boys to school, if temp above 10, (Wed, Thur, Friday)
Take Boys Sledding, and sled with them (Wed, Friday)
