goals and plans....

I have gotten off track with my heath and need to get back to doing what I know I must. Tomorrow is day one of my plan to get healthy. My plan includes making short term goals, blogging daily, tracking my food and exercise daily and reaching my over all goal of healthiness (as well as understanding what that means to myself, and not worrying about what it means to other people).... I have a lot to think about before tomorrow and just as much to write as to stay on track. I am also working with my doctor to make sure I am doing this correctly (both physically and psychologically).

Goal 1: Eat SOMETHING within 1 hour of waking up.
Goal 2: Don't eat 2 hours before bed time.
Goal 3: Track on my phone my daily food/exercise/fluid
Goal 4: Track bathroom habbits (including bm, stomache ect)
Goal 5: Only water for fluids (no diet drinks either)
Goal 6: Read my books "YOU, on a diet" and "The weight loss cure"
Goal 7: Give myself time to relax and NOT THINK ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS daily.
