Aloha Debi......Here's a big aloha hug to send you into surgery. Please enjoy every single minute of the new few days, for you will really be ALIVE! Your body will be realigned for ACTION! Be gentle with it like a newborn.....only put things in which you would feed a newborn......lots of liquids, soft foods, etc. You know all that, but it doesn't hurt to keep reminding ourselves that our little pouches are like babies.....they do not like bad stuff like pizza and fried chicken! I'll be sending good thoughts you way all this week & beyond. Have a great surgery & do exactly what your Doctors & your friends at OH have advised. Please check out the place that is reserved for me on the Loser's bench & maybe dust it off a bit when you're feeling a little better. I'll be there soon & we'll be celebrating our WOW moments together!
