I weighed myself this morning and I am under the 300's.  I am at 295.6!!  I was so excited.  I can't remember the last time I have been in the 200's.  I was getting a little frustrated because it seemed like I was at a stall for a bit.  I am feeling really great.  I really need to step up the exercise though, I haven't been doing as much as I should be....that will be my goal for this week. 

I need ideas of things to eat.  I am getting bored with soup.  Please help!!!

I am so excited!!! I wasn't expecting it to be so soon but I got a call from Kaiser today to tell me my date.  OCTOBER 26, 2009...the start of my new life!!

I finally got to meet my surgeon on Friday.  He is awesome and he gave me a goal to lose 25 more pounds.  I know I can do it and it is all up to me how fast I get this surgery going.  I gotta get back on track and focused to accomplish my goal!!
