1 Year 1 Month Post-Op

I am fully aware that this blog post is long overdue but alas I have finally taken my one year out pictures and didn't want to post a blog until I was able to post the pictures. I am so thankful for the journey I have encountered and where I am at today. I just went and visited with my surgeon Dr. Robert Davis at the end of July and he is very pleased with where I am currently at. He said I could stand to lose another 5 to 10 pounds but I love where I am at now. I started off in a 24 pushing a 26 and I am currently in a 10 pushing a size 8. That's so crazy for me to say!!! There are so many times when my head tries to tell me that this is just temporary and that I will go back to the way I was and then I'll sit down to a meal and only be able to eat a couple of bites. Every day is a new day and I'm continually amazed at how much this tool works. Drumroll please, here are the latest and greatest pictures that were taken last night:
