Well hello everyone!! I know its been a real long time, but I have been real busy with life.. As most of you know I had Vertcal Sleeve on August 10th, and what a life changing event this has been!! This has been one of the best things for me... I am sooo proud to say since June 16th I have lost a total of 95 lbs, and since surgery about 45 lbs... Im soo happy.. Im down 2 waist sizes and 2 shirt sizes, it feels good to buy smaller clothes.. Im getting compliment from friends and family, this is a great feeling!!! There has been no complications at all, Im 100% better... I hope everyone elses journey is going as well, and hope to see u all soon!!! Wish me luck!!Daniel
