1st Month Post-op Visit

Had my first post-op visit.  I weighed in at 208 lbs! 

Was also cleared for soft foods.  For dinner, I had a hard boiled egg and spinach.  Felt kind of strange in my pouch, but it stayed.

Next visit is on August 24th.  Can't wait to see what happens then.

I can say that I have gone from 22/24 to 18/16.  Thank goodness for the Goodwill and consignment shops.
