I just feel bad.

I am 27 years old.  My son turned 7, my daughter will be 2 in April.  And I just feel bad.  I get so short of breath by just walking, I have trouble keeping pace with my family, and sometimes I have trouble just getting off the couch.  I caught my reflection today as I walked past a large window.  I look bad.  I could easily pass as being about 6 months pregnant.  I hate it.  I am ready to change my life, I just can't stand looking and feeling this way any more.
