It has been 3 weeks, I haven't heard from the surgeon's office.  I have called them, about four or five times.  I told her today, I will be calling her every couple of days, until he get my stuff together, to submit to the insurance company.  This is rediculous in my opinion, I don't see why it should take 3 weeks or longer to review my records.
