You are absolutely correct this is a FOR LIFE decision which takes time and research to come to a decision. I myself have been researching since 2003 I changed my mind twice then finally recently decided this is what i need to do because obviously what i have been trying is not working for me. Like you and almost everybody that is overweight I've tried all the gimmicks as you called it and they do work temporarily only to lead us in a situation worse than when we began. I pray for you regarding your upcoming surgery and speedy recovery as I see you have only a few days until another great portion of your life will begin. I am sure at this point you are on your liquids {please tell me how that is working for you} and will be sexier than ever by summer.
