Ack!!!

I made some protein jello as an experiment and took a taste tonight.  I probably took too big of a bite, I was trying to make sure I had everything on the spoon and put the whole bite in my mouth.  
It was super gross and my first reaction was to GET RID OF IT!
Unfortunately, my natural instinct was to swallow it whole!!!!
Arghhhh. I can feel it sitting like a rock just past my throat.
