I am getting in the habit of not blogging- sorry... I have not ventured here for a while.. been so busy with home front. SO lets see.. I got into exercising, then had to slow it back down, have alot of pain.. and during this..no scale.. it is a obsession.. I went a whole month and 1/2 !!!!.. yes.. talk about misery!.. but I got another one last week..hehe.. ANYWAYS.. I got updated xrays of my spine.. its horrible.. basis of scolisis from skull down.. but I sublaxation..no surprise there..and my neck shows like I got crunched from top of head.. well in reality I did.. I had a trunk of van / wagon slamm down on my head- hydralics went on the lift support.. happened 2xs in 2 years.. time passed focused on everyone but me...of course.. well I been paying attention to ME alot this past 6 months since having surgery, and the lbs comming off, revealed new points of pain that was overlooked.. and my lower lumbar is not only slipped, herniated, compressed..etc.. but 1 disk is fully twisted.. YIPES!.. right hip higher.. yea..I knew that.. but my spine is a mess.. this just the summary.. too much to detail.. Dr is surprised at my pain management..and here is reasons..I can not do full exercises.. and when I try.. ..I end up at a dead end! so I am back to light exercises.. til I am capable of more.. got 6 months of intense treatment at my Chiro..seriously afaid of the pain ,, but I know I need it....Let's talk about lbs... I now weigh 219/220.. depends on time of day.. I am 5 months out.. the 26th is my 6 th anni..and I feel I should at least me in the 100s by now.. I should have lost closer to 100lbs or at least 80.. what the heck is wrong here? I do everything I am suppose to.. protien, vitamins, water, no bad foods.. I journal my food..and cant see anything Im doing wrong.. going to call my NUT and see when I can see them..maybe theres a combination I need to do to move my numbers.... ok this is me.. til I come back..lol..
