Goodness, I can not believe it has been so long since I last posted! Forgive me! I been so busy with family and house work, never ending!. Well here is to updating; I am down to 172lbs now and I got 20 more to loose. I reached my surgeverisary Oct 26 YAY..but thing is I tend to compare myself..which is a big no no since we all are different. But when everyone else even at same starting weight loose 100 by 6 months or at goal come 1 year..and I am not..I get worried.! So lets talk eating; I can can eat about anything. Problem foods are creams, real sugar, stevia, truvia, etc.. I can eat cakes, no icing..but only indulge a small amount once in blue moon. I stick to my yogarts, cottage cheese and fruits and of course protien shakes! On average day I will eat sweet potatoes, protien - what ever meat cooked, snack on peanut butter or sugar free item. I like the higher grams protien bars. I also take my vitamins daily. I now get my b12 shots at home, and have to take Vit d 3 50,000 IU weekly, or 10,000 daily. My Vit D3 was at a 20 and suppose to be at 50 or some where around there. But this is my New Years update! I cant wait to post pictures! The next best thing is I accomplished a goal, I can fit on the seats on a roller coaster! and I can wear size 12/14! whooohooo.. ok talk later my friends!Best Wishes!
