Hi John! I have not talked to you in so long. I never go in the chat room anymore. I was just checking some things out on the site and thought I would see if I could find you. You look great! I have not put a picture up since August(down 70lbs), but I have lost 110 lbs. I feel sooooo good. Thanks for all your encouragement and company when I was on my way. I hope all is well with you. We will have to get together sometime when you come to cali :)
