Well I'm 1 month out of Gastric By-pass I'm feeling great. Just looking for some food ideas.

HW: 320, SW 308, 1st M: 275,

Pre OP: -12

month 1: -33

I went in for my one month check up and i'm down 50 lbs. I feel great and I'm looking so much better I'm sleeping without my CPAP machine which is GREAT!!

Well I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and doing GREAT I went into surgery 308lbs now I'm down to 280lbs. I'm down 4 pants sizes from a 48 to a 44 looking good and feeling AWESOME!!! Starting to workout next week can't wait, brought a Treadmills and some resistance bands and a jump rope as well.
