Praise God for every lb, ounce, and inch loss - I went for my three week check up and recieved a good report, hadn't loss what i wanted but thank God for a 20+ lb loss...my nurse said I was ahead of the game...Praise God!!!

Thank God for a new lifestyle.... - Today i am grateful for being out two month's and three weeks, Things has changed for me a lot from size 22-24 to size 16w in pants and xl-1x tops..I would not have ever thought it...
