Sorry to bring you the bad news.....call it what you want, most of us have to diet.

For most, surgery is not a fix. Think of it more as an adjustment.

The Trader Joes pork tenderloin has been a regular thing for me now for a couple of years.

I would have never bought it if I didn't see a guy putting about 6 of them in his cart. I ask him what he did with them..... his answer was "anything"...
