Hi Virginia, my name is Connie and I had the surgery about six months ago. I saw your before and after picture and I have to tell you that you look really great. Am worry about the lose skin and I know that my insurance does not cover plastic surgery. Was the legs that bad ?

Hey Virginia. I'm 17. I'm having surgery next June. I want to know what your exercise regimine was when you first started to really exercise and what you did to keep it up. Does the desire to excercise kick in once you loose the weight because right now at 5' 10'' and 328 (14 lbs lighter than a yr ago) I'd rather have a tooth pulled than excercise. Virginia, I must say, Im so proud of you, You have done a great job in becoming a loser. I just hope I also can say the same. I want so bad to get into the 100's one day. Virginia Rock, How appropriate a name is that, cause you ROCK! Wow!!! You should be the poster-lady for this surgery! You look FABULOUS, and you did it all the right way!! I too had cut the bread type carbs and did well, but only for the first 6 months, so I'd better get back on track. I also just started working out more, but didn't until recently (I had only walked). Now I like the eliptical machine, etc. at the spa. I hope I can still be as successful as you. I do know what you mean about the deflated balloon skin. I am hoping too to get that removed some day. I am going to spend the next year working out at the spa, and then see where things are at (and hopefully save some money for the surgeries). Hey, how'd you get insurance to approve it. I know they will do the TT if you have a hernia (which I don't), but not the boob/butt/thigh lifts I need. Any info you have is appreciated. Thanks for your post, as I hadn't seen your profile before, and it's very inspiring! Des
