I'm home. They came in this morning and said since I seemed to be able to keep food down, I could go home. I have never had much pain, I just couldn't quit belching and trying to throw up. We finally stopped an anti-biotic yesterday that appears to have been the problem. I got home about noon and slept for almost 4 hours, but am still freezing. I'm not running a temp, but it is is a little cool today. I'm waiting for my ex DH to call (now he's a DF) to see if he can go pick my dogs up at the kennels. I really want them home, but I'm not sure I'm up to going after them. Anyway I'll post as I start feeling better. I am not glad I did this yet, I hope it happens soon.

Congratulations Gar!! i'm so happy for you !! this is such a wonderful knew life ... lots of learning ... kind of reminds me of being a baby all over again but the results are so terrific already and i'm only 3 weeks post op!!! i just pray that God holds you in his care and gives you a totally complication free recovery and the great renewed life you hope for !!! love and hugs barb

Dear Gar~~~~CONGRATULATIONS!!!! on your successful surgery. I pray that your recovery goes smoothly. In a few months that darn woodpecker won't recognize you and maybe he'll head elsewhere. Be well.

PASTOR K thanks for posting...my puter has been bumping me everytime I tried to post...I talked to Gar's sister...she said she is doing GREAT...I called Gar's room but there was no answer...I will try again today...thinking she may have been out walking...well I will post more tomorrow...or tonight...but send her your LOVE.....LOVE YOU GAR...YOU ARE A BIG FAT LOSER NOW BABY CAKES!!!!
