"My surgeon will be Dr. Ben-David who is with Surgical Associates of Shands @ UF. My first impression of him was FANTASTIC. He was very down-to-earth and approachable, explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very confident about the surgery and him as a surgeon. He went into detail about aftercare, which was a concern of mine so I was glad to hear that. So far, I think he's awesome!rn**Update: I had my surgery on February 25th, 2008. Dr. Ben-David was great, I think he's a very skilled surgeon who also has a great bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable, as he has a very low-key personality, but he also is very confident in his abilities and made me feel at ease. Everything went well, I am 6 days post-op and feeling good!"
