Hello, Well i'm 9 months post op & I've dropped 157 lbs since surgery...I'm feeling good & all but I really haven't been working out & i'm kinda falling into old habits
I'm not too happy about that but I am & I will get back on track 
I didn't have to this sugery too fall back now...Well gotta go i'll keep every1 posted
